1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of the Meta Machina website located at www.metamachina.io (the “Service“) operated by Meta Machina Studio LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Meta Machina,” “we,” “us,” or “our“).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Meta Machina operates a website providing information about the Meta Machina universe, an upcoming gaming project currently in development. Our Service includes:

  • Project information and development updates
  • Lore, artwork, and creative content
  • Community engagement and communication
  • Donation acceptance for project development

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meta Machina Studio LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Meta Machina name, logo, and branding
  • All lore, characters, storylines, and universe elements
  • Artwork, graphics, videos, and creative materials
  • RiftSync™ technology and systems
  • Website design, code, and functionality

3.2 Fan Content and Community Creations

We encourage and welcome fan art, creative content, and community engagement with the Meta Machina universe, subject to these guidelines:

Permitted Fan Activities:

  • Creating fan art, videos, stories, and creative content
  • Sharing and discussing Meta Machina lore and concepts
  • Non-commercial community projects and tributes
  • Social media content and community engagement

Commercial and Development Activities:

  • Independent game development using Meta Machina elements is welcomed
  • Official partnerships and sponsored content require written approval
  • Use of RiftSync™ technology requires official licensing agreement
  • Commercial use of Meta Machina IP requires explicit permission

RiftSync™ Official Badge Program:
Independent developers may create games featuring Meta Machina elements, but only official partners may use the “RiftSync™ Official” badge or claim official endorsement.

3.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use Meta Machina content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Claim ownership of Meta Machina intellectual property
  • Create content that damages our reputation or violates community standards
  • Distribute or sell official Meta Machina assets without authorization

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

Currently, our Service does not require user registration or accounts. This may change as we develop additional features.

5. USER CONDUCT

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Prohibited Activities:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
  • Engage in terrorist activities or threats of violence

  • Real-world illegal activities or harmful instructions
  • Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse

Creative Freedom:
Meta Machina welcomes diverse creative expression including:

  • Mature, adult-oriented, or artistic content
  • Fan fiction and creative interpretations
  • Varied artistic styles and themes
  • Community-driven content exploration
  • Cultural expression and community-specific content styles
  • In-universe activities (street racing, heists, cyberpunk themes) as fictional content

Cultural Expression:
We celebrate diverse cultural perspectives and community voices. Content reflecting different cultural backgrounds, community voices, and subcultural expressions is welcome as part of the Meta Machina universe.

We support creative freedom while maintaining a community free from hatred and threats.

Platform-Specific Guidelines:
Content shared on third-party platforms (Twitter, Discord, etc.) must also comply with those platforms’ terms of service.

6. DEVELOPMENT PROJECT DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Project Status

Meta Machina is a game development project currently in early creative development. You acknowledge that:

  • Project completion timelines are not guaranteed
  • Features, content, and scope may change significantly
  • Development involves inherent risks and uncertainties
  • Information provided may become outdated or inaccurate

6.2 No Guarantees

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Project completion or release dates
  • Final game features or functionality
  • Compatibility with described concepts
  • Availability of planned systems like RiftSync™

7. DONATIONS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT

7.1 Donation Terms

Donations to Meta Machina are voluntary gifts supporting creative development:

  • Donations provide no ownership rights or benefits
  • No refunds available for completed donations
  • Donations do not guarantee project completion or specific outcomes
  • All donations used at Meta Machina’s sole discretion for project development

7.2 Financial Disclaimers

  • No investment returns or financial benefits provided
  • Donations are not tax-deductible unless specifically qualified
  • Support only with funds you can afford to lose
  • No guarantees regarding use of donated funds for specific purposes
