DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

3. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

4. OUR RESPONSE PROCESS

4.1 Standard Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
  2. Review the claim within 1-3 business days
  3. Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material if claim is valid
  4. Notify the content poster of the removal and provide copy of the DMCA notice
  5. Document the incident for repeat offender tracking

4.2 Expedited Removal Process

For clear and obvious copyright violations, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove content immediately upon receipt of notice
  • Take action within 24 hours for blatant infringement
  • Expedite review for commercial theft or extensive copying


Examples of expedited cases:

  • Direct copying of substantial portions of our Meta Machina content
  • Commercial use of our trademarks or branding
  • Wholesale theft of our creative materials

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

5.1 Required Counter-Notice Information

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your judicial district
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

5.2 Counter-Notice Process

  • Submit counter-notice to our DMCA agent using contact information above
  • We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
  • If no legal action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content
  • We reserve the right to refuse restoration in cases of repeated violations

6. REPEAT OFFENDER POLICY

6.1 Three-Strike System

We maintain a policy of terminating access for repeat copyright infringers:

First Offense: Warning and content removal
Second Offense: Temporary suspension and final warning
Third Offense: Permanent termination of access to our services

6.2 Serious Violations

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for:

  • Commercial copyright infringement
  • Large-scale content theft
  • Malicious or bad faith infringement
  • Violations involving our core Meta Machina intellectual property

7. FALSE CLAIMS
